Kusain Kabugo, Head of Human Resources

Kusain Kabugo is Head of Human Resources at Simba Group and a Human Resource Management and Learning & Development practitioner since 2012, passionate about helping individuals and companies grow.

He holds an MBA in Human Resource Management from the Uganda Management Institute and is a Certified Human Resources Business Partner (World Academy - UK). His expertise spans talent acquisition, development, and retention, human capital and talent management, and building organizational capacity.

Before joining Simba Group, Kusain led Learning & Development at Success Africa and has conducted or contributed to talent development and capacity-building work for organisations including UNHCR, FOWODE, JHPIEGO, FAWEU, MU-JHU, Uganda Red Cross, and Biyinzika Poultry International Limited.
